COMPANY PROFILE

JSA COMPANY is a Landscape Construction business. It began in 1983, in Yuma AZ as a sole proprietorship and incorporated in 1992. In late 1994, JSA opened a second division in Phoenix.

JSA'S client base includes landscaping and/or maintenance for individual residential, residential development projects, commercial, golf courses, apartment complexes, parks, schools, warehouses, shopping centers, agricultural irrigation, and government work [local, county, state, and federal].

The Yuma Division is well established working with architects, engineers and general contractors. We have a solid market share of the landscape business in both maintenance and construction. We also do a lot of design work for both residential and commercial projects.

The Phoenix division was established for golf course and landscape construction. The Phoenix area has approximately 200 golf courses, many of which are middle aged and need upgrading of irrigation, greens construction, and other projects.

Landscaping is a growing and demanding market especially here in the southwest. Yuma and Phoenix are ideal markets because of the growth to the Sunbelt and winter visitors. The economies of both areas are strong and are very pro-growth orientated for the future.
