Plant Materials:
All plant material has a replacement provision period of thirty (30) days from the date signed on your close-out agreement. Some exclusions apply, please reference your agreement for further details.
You will be responsible for all maintenance and care from the date your project is complete.

Irrigation:
Your new landscape comes complete with automatic irrigation. This irrigation system is warranted for a period of one (1) year covering manufacturing defects and workmanship. See agreement for details.
Rock/Gravel:
Most landscape gravel will be installed to a depth of approximately 2". Please note, due to natural occurrances, some materials may fade with time.
